About the role

  • Coordinate the physical and financial planning of sanitation projects and construction works (WTPs, WWTPs, water and sewer networks, transmission mains, pumping stations and associated infrastructure).
  • Design and manage PMO (Project Management Office) routines for the engineering portfolio.
  • Prepare and consolidate engineering and construction schedules (master and detailed planning).
  • Monitor physical progress, costs, risks and deviations, proposing mitigation action plans.
  • Develop and track project and construction performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Prepare management reports and executive presentations for the board and stakeholders.
  • Support governance and standardization of planning, control and reporting processes.
  • Integrate information across areas such as engineering, procurement, finance, operations and contracts.
  • Conduct technical site visits to projects and works when required.
  • Support CAPEX planning and monitoring of the investment portfolio.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil, Sanitary, Environmental Engineering or related fields.
  • Experience in planning and control of infrastructure projects and construction (preferably in sanitation).
  • Experience managing a project portfolio (PMO).
  • Experience with planning and control tools (e.g., MS Project, Power BI, advanced Excel or similar).
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Availability to travel.
  • Experience with sanitation concessions or infrastructure projects.
  • Postgraduate degree or certification in Project Management (PMP, MBA or similar).
  • Experience in CAPEX planning and corporate project governance.
