About the role
- Coordinate the physical and financial planning of sanitation projects and construction works (WTPs, WWTPs, water and sewer networks, transmission mains, pumping stations and associated infrastructure).
- Design and manage PMO (Project Management Office) routines for the engineering portfolio.
- Prepare and consolidate engineering and construction schedules (master and detailed planning).
- Monitor physical progress, costs, risks and deviations, proposing mitigation action plans.
- Develop and track project and construction performance indicators (KPIs).
- Prepare management reports and executive presentations for the board and stakeholders.
- Support governance and standardization of planning, control and reporting processes.
- Integrate information across areas such as engineering, procurement, finance, operations and contracts.
- Conduct technical site visits to projects and works when required.
- Support CAPEX planning and monitoring of the investment portfolio.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Sanitary, Environmental Engineering or related fields.
- Experience in planning and control of infrastructure projects and construction (preferably in sanitation).
- Experience managing a project portfolio (PMO).
- Experience with planning and control tools (e.g., MS Project, Power BI, advanced Excel or similar).
- Valid driver's license.
- Availability to travel.
- Experience with sanitation concessions or infrastructure projects.
- Postgraduate degree or certification in Project Management (PMP, MBA or similar).
- Experience in CAPEX planning and corporate project governance.
