About the role
- Drafting, reviewing, and analyzing medium- and high-complexity contracts (legal opinions, notices, assessment of claims, service agreements, supply agreements, leases, energy contracts, contractual guarantees, confidentiality agreements, operational partnerships, memoranda of understanding, contractual litigation).
- Ensures compliance with standard templates and internal policies.
- Provides legal support to the Company's business areas.
- Conducts routine and strategic negotiations with suppliers and clients on standard contracts, typically acting as the primary legal support.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B. or equivalent)
- Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB)
- Experience in Corporate Law and Contracts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
