About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work with internal teams and systems to deliver and launch third-party games to operators in existing and new markets
Support third-party game releases when existing operators migrate to new platforms or servers
Liaise with technical and compliance teams to ensure smooth game delivery, including sourcing certificates and following up with provider teams
Gather provider roadmap release information and source game documentation ahead of release days
Monitor Teams, Slack, and email communication channels to address release queries and unblock projects
Support VIP clients with internal game releases and roadmaps
Support wider commercial teams with ad hoc requests
