About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Complete standard regulatory individual license application packages for company individuals and corporate applications for company entities with some supervision
  • Process occupational applications
  • Interface with Company shareholders, officers, directors, and key management personnel, or their representatives on personal licensing matters
  • Compile or create and submit annual, bi-annual, quarterly, and monthly regulatory filings in jurisdictions the Company operates
  • Respond to regulatory authorities in resolving licensing matters, submitting requisite filings, and handling questions or requests; manages and resolves internal and external client requests through e-mail, remote computer access, and telephone
  • Monitor and support assigned cases, updating case activities, and training occupational licensing users on the current internal regulatory licensing system.
  • Manage license portfolios, dates and priorities for assigned individuals or jurisdictions
  • Regularly analyze employee licensing requirements and maintain license requirements for assigned jurisdictions
  • Partner with internal teams in resolving licensing or regulatory compliance issues, responding to inquiries, and communicating resolutions in a timely manner.
  • Support and maintain license tracking systems for all license types
  • Communicates with Regulatory Compliance leadership regarding regulatory licensing system software errors. program recommendation changes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Associates Degree or higher desired
  • Minimum of three years gaming or regulatory experience required, five years preferred
  • Relationships with gaming regulators throughout the world is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to interact professionally, diplomatically and effectively with government authorities from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
  • Highly motivated individual that can work with little supervision and manage competing priorities in an unstructured, dynamic environment
  • Some domestic travel may be required.
