About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Coordinate product deliveries based on customer-requested delivery dates.
Monitor product delivery schedules to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment, optimizing customer satisfaction.
Serve as the first point of contact for coordinating all scheduled activities.
Respond to, resolve, and document all incoming cases reported by customers via telephone, web, and other support channels as required.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IGT’s goals with customer objectives.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal logistics standards.
Perform additional tasks or projects to improve productivity, efficiency, and service levels.

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 3-5 years of scheduling or logistics experience.
Hands-on experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
Proven track record in managing and optimizing transportation and distribution processes.
Comprehensive understanding of gaming industry logistics, including order management systems and workflow coordination.
Proficiency in ERP tools and CRM applications, with SAP experience preferred.
Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in logistics.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Analytical mindset with a strong attention to detail.
Proven ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
