About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Refurbish gaming equipment parts according to repair and reconditioning standards
  • Troubleshoot and repair PC boards, sub-assemblies, and related depot repair items
  • Use diagnostic tools and repair procedures to identify failures and confirm repairs
  • Use technical manuals to troubleshoot and repair parts
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1–3 years of hands-on work experience in repair, production, assembly, product testing, technical support, or a related field
  • Basic PC skills and ability to use Microsoft Office or similar tools
  • Ability to follow technical manuals, work instructions, and repair procedures
  • Willingness to learn depot repair processes, tools, and systems
  • Attention to detail and ability to complete repairs accurately
  • Good communication skills and ability to work well with teammates, internal customers, and support teams
  • Able to manage assigned work and complete tasks on time
  • Certificate or associate degree in Electronics Technology or equivalent experience (preferred)
  • Ability to read and interpret schematics (preferred)
  • Experience working with gaming equipment, electronic components, or repair depot processes (preferred)
  • Soldering capability, including surface-mount and through-hole components (preferred)
  • Experience using advanced electronic test equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, or diagnostic fixtures (preferred)
  • Experience with parts handling, inventory support, equipment handling, or repair support processes (preferred)
  • Experience with SAP or similar business systems (preferred)
