About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support scalable and efficient build and release processes across game development teams
- Drive DevOps best practices, enabling automation, monitoring, and continuous improvement across development and operational workflows
- Support and enhance cloud-based automation infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance for build and deployment systems
- Contribute to and evolve the Ascent build process, improving speed, stability, and usability
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Game Test teams, build coordinators, and product teams (including MForce and Northstar) to align automation solutions with business needs
- Troubleshoot and resolve build, release, and automation issues, ensuring minimal disruption to development timelines
- Participate in knowledge sharing and cross-training initiatives, strengthening team capability and resilience
- Continuously identify opportunities for automation, efficiency gains, and modernization of existing processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience in CI/CD pipeline development and maintenance (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.)
- Strong background in DevOps practices and tools
- Experience with build systems and release management
- Proficiency in one or more programming/scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Bash, C#)
- Experience working with cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex automation issues
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
