About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide technical support to customers on operational and maintenance aspects of gaming equipment and systems
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve hardware, software, mechanical, and network-related issues
Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on gaming equipment
Complete equipment installations, upgrades, and site surveys
Serve as the primary technical contact for customers on service-related matters
Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation for parts and equipment
Complete service reports and required paperwork in a timely manner
Support nearby casino locations as business needs require
Participate in an on-call rotation providing after-hours and weekend support

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma or GED required
Vocational, technical, or trade school education preferred
2+ years of technical field service, electronics, gaming, networking, or related experience
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Customer-facing experience with excellent communication skills
Experience working with hardware, software, and networking technologies
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Ability to obtain and maintain required gaming licenses
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move equipment using appropriate tools and equipment
Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities
