About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build, configure, and validate Class II gaming systems for certification, shipment, and deployment
Support active customer deployments, install readiness, and live production environments
Troubleshoot and resolve system-level issues, including escalations impacting customer operations
Ensure compliance with Class II, jurisdictional, and tribal regulatory requirements
Support certification readiness, audits, and regulator-facing documentation activities
Partner cross-functionally with TPMs, Engineering, Field Services, Operations, and customer-facing teams
Act as a subject matter expert for Class II systems during deployments and production incidents
Contribute to the stabilization and scaling of repeatable delivery and support processes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of systems engineering experience supporting complex, production systems
Hands-on experience with system build, deployment, and production support
Experience working in regulated or compliance-driven environments
Ability to work on-site in a lab environment with non-remote system dependencies
