About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Contributes to the ongoing administration, integrity, and performance of the organization’s global physical security infrastructure.
Supports enterprise security operations by maintaining, monitoring, and enhancing security systems while coordinating closely with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors.
Assists with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of physical security technologies such as access control, video surveillance, alarm systems, intercoms, and related server infrastructure.
Performs advanced troubleshooting, evaluates and resolves maintenance tickets, and ensures systems operate in accordance with corporate standards and security policies.
Manages daily system monitoring, user access administration, software upgrades, and change control processes to ensure system availability and compliance.
Schedules and oversees vendor site visits, validates completed work, and supports preventive maintenance programs.

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School degree or equivalent; associates degree preferred.
3 - 5 years of related experience is required.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills in live production environments.
Reliable, process-driven, and committed to maintaining system integrity and security standards.
Communicates effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Comfortable managing multiple priorities, tickets, and projects simultaneously.
