About the role

  • Develop future-state operating models that support scalability, margin optimization, and cross-functional alignment.
  • Lead cross-functional transformation programs across FP&A, deals desk, and finance operations.
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement, data-backed decisions, and change leadership.
  • Drive adoption of emerging technologies (AI, RPA, machine learning, cloud) to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort.
  • Partner with IT to evaluate and update workflow tools that enhance scalability and insight generation.
  • Ensure data integrity, governance, and accessibility across platforms.
  • Transform forecasting, budgeting, and performance management processes to improve agility and accuracy.
  • Lead development of predictive models, scenario planning, and sensitivity analyses to support strategic initiatives.
  • Build and maintain scalable dashboards and reporting tools using BI platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives for executive audiences.
  • Identify and execute process improvement opportunities in partnership with business partners and COEs.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform investment decisions and long-term planning.
  • Support organic and inorganic growth initiatives through financial modeling and strategic analysis.
  • Assist with special projects including system implementations, process improvements, and ad-hoc analysis.
  • Create sensitivity analysis and scenario models to support strategic decision-making and risk assessment.
  • Serve as a trusted partner to senior leaders by delivering actionable insights, forecasting, and performance diagnostics.
  • Support pricing optimization, margin analysis, and customer segmentation strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • 12+ years of progressive experience in finance, with a strong track record in transformation leadership.
  • Expertise in FP&A, financial systems, automation technologies, and strategic business partnering.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau, and financial modeling.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and change leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to think from a “big picture” perspective.
  • Hands-on individual who thrives in fast-paced environments and drives results through influence and collaboration.
  • Availability to work in office at least 3 days/week.
