About the role

  • Ensure electronic gaming machines meet the highest standards of functionality, quality, and regulatory compliance.
  • Perform functional testing of all machines on the line for compliance and accuracy.
  • Test sub assembly and machine functions on multiple products.
  • Utilize and maintain tools and equipment including coins, tokens, and player tracking cards.
  • Troubleshoot problems by identifying defects and executing appropriate fixes.
  • Train and follow up on new and existing employees.

Requirements

  • High School diploma required or equivalent experience.
  • 5 years of experience with manufacturing assembly processes.
  • Basic knowledge of gaming industry regulations as they relate to assigned duties.
  • Basic level proficiency with some relevant ERP tools.
  • Basic knowledge of/skills in communication and teamwork, intermediate mathematics, regulatory requirements, materials management and production processes.
  • Use of small hand tools is required.
  • Must maintain a good attendance record and be able to stand a full shift and lift 50 lbs regularly.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age and must be able to obtain a gaming card.
