About the role

  • Conduct growth and margin analysis
  • Collaborate with sales teams to structure deals
  • Review and analyze enterprise deals exceeding standard parameters
  • Serve as the primary liaison between sales, accounting, finance, legal, and compliance teams
  • Evaluate potential risks in non-standard deal terms
  • Help develop and maintain deal approval policies
  • Develop robust and repeatable deal processes
  • Maintain comprehensive deal documentation and provide regular reporting
  • Lead and develop an FP&A team

Requirements

  • Minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in financial planning analysis and/or accounting
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field required
  • MBA degree or CPA designation preferred
  • Strong analytical, financial and business acumen
  • Results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality work product
  • Ability to set the financial agenda for the Sales teams
  • Proven ability to design operational procedures and processes
  • Strong project management skills
  • Proficient in SAP, BPC/Hyperion Planning Application, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of US GAAP, ASC 606 (Revenue Recognition)
