Key responsibilities & impact- Take Discovery Calls as they're scheduled onto your personal calendar — appointments are booked for you, not something you source yourself

- Listen first — understand what someone has already tried, what they're afraid of, and what “better” would mean to them
- Follow our proven call structure and scorecard as your foundation — and once you're converting and hitting the key checkpoints, you're encouraged to adapt the language to fit your own voice and the person in front of you
- Address hesitation and objections with clinical credibility and genuine empathy — and confidently guide the person to book their evaluation
- Log every conversation and next step in the EMR so no one falls through the cracks
Requirements
What you’ll need- Are a licensed Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant — this is non-negotiable, because trust in this specialty is built on real clinical understanding
- Are genuinely comfortable talking about pelvic health — bladder, bowel, pain, sexual function, pregnancy/postpartum, post-surgical recovery — with warmth and zero awkwardness, regardless of who's on the other end of the call
- Lead with empathy and curiosity before you lead with information
- Know how to hold a caring conversation and ask for the commitment — you're comfortable closing, not just informing
- Are organized and reliable with follow-up — nothing gets forgotten
