  • A strong problem-solving ability, with the capacity to identify and address challenges proactively and efficiently, especially in times of escalations.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to minimize potential disruptions.
  • Implement proactive risk management strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop, monitor, and manage project budgets to ensure financial efficiency.
  • Control costs and ensure project delivery within the allocated budget.
  • Ensure all project deliverables meet the established quality standards.
  • Implement effective quality control processes to maintain project excellence.
  • Facilitate change management processes, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal impact on ongoing business operations during project execution.
  • Track project performance against defined KPIs, providing detailed reports to stakeholders.
