Engineer

• Support the transition effort from Remedy Atrium to ServiceNow CMDB, including analysis of legacy data, CI structures, and relationships.
• Provide architecture support the CMDB framework (CI classes, attributes, lifecycle states, relationships, and service models) aligned to industry standards and organizational needs.
• Validate or update naming conventions, normalization rules, attribute requirements, and reconciliation logic.
• Design ingestion patterns, integration points, and discovery strategies for building a clean and authoritative CMDB.
• Evaluate all external data sources (Sunflower, Axonius, SCCM, Cloud inventories, Atrium exports, spreadsheets, etc.) to determine which sources should be integrated, rebuilt, or replaced.
• Engineer approved integrations using discovery tools, API imports, transform maps, and reconciliation rules.
• Collaborate with application, infrastructure, asset management, and security teams to ensure cross-platform data model alignment.
• Develop Configuration Management processes, governance frameworks, policies, and SOPs aligning with ITIL best practices.
• Create the Concept of Operations (CONOPS) for CI creation, updates, deletions, lifecycle transitions, and relationship modeling.
• Implement CMDB KPIs, health scoring, dashboards, and data quality metrics for ongoing monitoring.

• - Design, develop and implement custom software and database application capabilities for a variety of legacy and modernized systems with limited oversight.
