About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct high-volume cold calling, email outreach, independent research and prospecting to connect with indie game publishers.
Identify new business opportunities and qualifying leads.
Sell turnkey options, such as sponsorship packages and pass along larger programs to the respective Sales leads.
Develop and foster relationships with indie advertisers through consistent communication and follow-up.
Stay up to date on indie gaming trends, new releases, and emerging studios to identify potential partnership opportunities.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong interest in gaming, entertainment, tech, pop culture is a plus
Great entry level position for someone who wants to enter digital media, marketing, sales, or business development careers.
Ability to handle a high daily volume of calls, emails, and cold outreach daily.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage decision makers at multiple levels
Self-motivated, organized, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while managing multiple priorities
Ability to handle rejection positively and maintain persistence.
Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding goals and metrics
Familiarity with the gaming industry or indie game space is a plus, but not required.
Previous internship, customer service, retail, campus leadership, or sales lead generation experience is helpful but not required.
Proficient with Google Workspace, LinkedIn, and basic CRM tools is a plus.
