Requirements
What you’ll need- 3 to 5 years experience in B2B content marketing, product marketing
- Storyboarding and creative direction for video and podcast content
- Strong Marketing AI workflow skills including leverage LLMs to automate marketing work
- Experience using HubSpot or equivalent CRM for tracking content attribution and pipeline contribution
- Excellent written English — content will be read by US property managers and PropTech leaders
- Comfortable working remotely and engaging senior stakeholders across multiple time zones
- Experience in PropTech, real estate technology, or SaaS (Bonus)
- Familiarity with Chris Walker's demand gen and revenue operations philosophy (Bonus)
- Video editing or podcast production hands-on experience (Bonus)
- Experience with Ahrefs, GSC, GA4 or similar intent data tools (Bonus)
- Knowledge of the multifamily or short term rental industry (Bonus)
