About the role

  • Responsible for the management and organization of IGESA’s establishments in the Auvergne‑Rhône‑Alpes region.
  • Ensure the implementation of IGESA’s strategy.
  • Oversee operations and manage assigned projects.
  • Represent IGESA to local civil and military authorities.
  • Lead, coach and supervise the teams reporting to them.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree (Bac+5) in management, business administration or a related field, with solid operational management experience.
  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role with strong management expertise.
  • The ideal candidate is primarily an experienced manager capable of leading multidisciplinary teams in a complex environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in social dialogue (labor/employee relations).
