About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • building rapport and creating relationships with both cold and warm leads
  • take ownership of the sales process, from first contact to conversion
  • understand the client’s challenges and propose the right first step for each client
  • win new clients whilst understanding the importance of sustainable growth

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • 5 years + experience in a high value quota role
  • at least 3+ years’ experience in a B2B
  • extensive experience of working with FMCG and/or retail clients
  • strategic, consultative approach to sales
  • demonstrable skills in building and managing robust pipelines
  • confidence to talk with C-Suite and decision makers
  • self-motivated
  • comfortable working on your own initiative
  • keen collaborator and team player
  • proactive, resilient and tenacious with a ‘can do’ attitude
  • adept at creative problem solving
  • excellent networking skills
  • ideally have an existing network of contacts in the FMCG/Retail space
  • experience of a high-performance and customer-focused culture
  • strong commercial acumen with a good understanding of business issues
