About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Prospect new clients
- Serve existing customers
- Prepare quotations by calculating selling prices
- Execute sales process routines
- Address customers' technical requests — R&D
- Monitor production, inventory and demand
- Meet internal and customer deadlines — Logistics
- Review current issues and changes related to taxes/levies
- Assist with collection of overdue accounts
- Obtain credit limits
- Visit and meet with customers
- Represent the Company at industry trade shows.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree
- Microsoft Office suite
- SAP system
- Fluent English
- Specialization in the relevant field
- Sales negotiation techniques
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Production Engineering, Commercial Management, or related fields
- Additional courses or postgraduate studies in Sales, Sales Management, Marketing, or Business Management
- Knowledge of the coffee market in the VENDING/FOOD SERVICE segments and PRIVATE LABEL
- Sales management: experience with CRM tools
- Sales planning: ability to develop sales strategies and plans
- Commercial skills such as negotiation, effective communication, proactivity, interpersonal skills, resilience and results orientation, analytical ability, strategic vision, adaptability, and customer orientation
- Availability to travel.
