About the role

  • Co-own the editorial calendar and scheduling of posts across the company's social media channels.
  • Manage day-to-day community interaction: respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor content performance and collect key metrics (engagement, reach, community growth).
  • Research trends, formats, and creative ideas for social media.
  • Monitor competitors' activities and share insights and opportunities.
  • Create periodic reports on social media performance.
  • Contact and communicate with bloggers, website owners and agencies via email and telephone.
  • Support outreach campaigns (prospecting, follow-ups, coordination).
  • Own the internal outreach database: keep contacts, status and deliverables accurate and up to date.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (SEO and Content) to align targets, pages and messaging.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of outreach campaigns and backlinks.
  • Review content pieces for completeness, accuracy and alignment with guidelines before publication/outreach.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • First experience (internships/personal projects) in social media, content, PR/outreach, or SEO-related work.
  • Excellent writing skills in Italian; good working proficiency in English (company language).
  • Strong communication skills (written + verbal) and confidence in email/phone outreach.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Reliable and consistent in managing recurring workflows.
  • Analytical mindset and comfort working with spreadsheets and performance data.
  • Curious to learn more about SEO and digital PR/ offpage.
  • Team-oriented and fast learner.
  • Interest in the iGaming industry in Italy is a plus.
