Lead and scale high-performing global engineering teams
Define and execute the technology and architecture strategy aligned to business goals

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven senior engineering leadership experience (VP/SVP level) in SaaS or enterprise environments
Strong track record delivering cloud-native and AI-driven products at scale
Deep technical expertise with the ability to influence architecture and engineering practices
Experience leading large, global, distributed teams
Strategic, commercially aware, and execution-focused leader
Passion for AI-driven innovation and modern engineering practices
15+ years in software engineering with at least 7 years in senior engineering leadership roles (CTO, VP/SVP Engineering, or equivalent)
Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
Demonstrated success in building and scaling cloud-native SaaS or AI-driven products.
