About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

The Reward Manager will be responsible for the administration and execution of regional compensation and benefit programs that align with IFS’s global Total Rewards strategy.
This role combines strategic design with hands-on execution, ensuring competitiveness, compliance, and excellence in employee experience across the U.S. and Canada.
Reporting to the Director of Total Reward, the position may oversee team members in a matrixed environment and will collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Finance, Legal, and business leaders.
Manages total rewards programs impacting approximately 1,100 employees across the United States and Canada, ensuring regional compliance and competitiveness.
Leads or supports total rewards projects such as job architecture, equity benchmarking, pay transparency initiatives, and M&A due diligence.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university/college in HR or related field
Experience working in high-growth, global or multi-state/province environments.
Demonstrated analytical abilities, attention to detail and the ability to successfully manage multiple competing tasks and priorities.
Demonstrable experience working with global/region relevant current enabling systems: Thor, SharePoint
Ability to present complex information in a clear and convincing way to colleagues and functional business and technical groups.
