Key responsibilities & impact

Define and deliver product strategy, organisational leadership, and execution across a major product area
Lead, develop, and inspire a senior product leadership team
Build, scale, and evolve a product organisation operating within a matrix structure
Take accountability for organisational design and succession planning
Act as a role model for the company culture
Define and own the product vision and multi‑year strategy
Engage directly with customers at an executive level
Ensure the product organisation is focused on delivering against strategic objectives
Champion the adoption of modern product practices and emerging technologies

Requirements

What you’ll need

Significant senior leadership experience within product management, engineering, or technology in a B2B Saas organisation
Proven track record of leading large, complex product organisations
Extensive experience in driving innovation and efficiencies by leveraging artificial intelligence
Global leadership experience
Strong strategic thinking capability
Experience leading through organisational change
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Degree (or equivalent) in a relevant STEM discipline; advanced business or leadership qualifications (MBA, PhD) are advantageous but not essential
