About the role

  • Languages: German fluent, English business‑fluent
  • Willingness to travel to EU sites
  • Nice‑to‑have: experience with M&A integration or change projects
  • Affinity for laboratory/analytics/quality management
  • Certifications (PRINCE2, Scrum Master, PMP — not required)
