About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design and execute Security Awareness campaigns, including phishing simulations, social engineering exercises, and behavioral risk assessments.
- Conduct human risk analyses to identify the highest-risk behaviors, areas, and individuals, translating findings into targeted training and communication interventions.
- Apply behavioral science concepts—such as cognitive biases, social influence, and habit formation—to create more effective and engaging security content.
- Serve as an internal security communicator, developing content for All Hands meetings, newsletters, onboarding, and cross-functional communications.
- Build and maintain metrics and dashboards to monitor program effectiveness, including click rates, reporting rates, training completion, and behavioral trends over time.
- Collaborate with Human Resources, Communications, and Legal to embed Security Awareness into corporate processes and organizational culture touchpoints.
- Use AI tools to personalize content, analyze behavioral data, and extend campaign reach, always aiming for measurable results.
- Identify new social engineering tactics and proactively update training content and simulation scenarios.
- Develop awareness materials in multiple formats—such as videos, interactive modules, newsletters, and live sessions—tailored to different audiences.
- Partner with the CSIRT to convert real incident data into anonymized educational case studies.
- Identify gaps in the Awareness program, propose improvements, and lead execution with ownership.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience designing and running corporate Security Awareness programs.
- Knowledge of human risk concepts and behavioral science as applied to security communications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to make security topics clear, engaging, and relevant to non-technical audiences.
- Experience with phishing simulations and social engineering exercises.
- Ability to measure program impact using data, KPIs, click rates, reporting rates, and behavioral trends.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools for content creation, personalization, and analysis, with demonstrable results.
- Self-driven and organized profile, able to manage own work, meet deadlines, and identify improvements without waiting for direction.
- Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams such as Human Resources, Legal, Communications, and CSIRT.
- Advanced English.
