About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Generate actionable market intelligence to support commercial prioritization and Zoop's expansion.
- Establish a regular cadence of market studies and sector analyses.
- Maintain a recurring radar of named accounts to identify signals and opportunities.
- Keep the target list updated by applying clear prioritization criteria.
- Map competitors, products, pricing, segmentation, and differentiators, and propose competitive comparisons.
- Analyze market trends, regulation, and customer behavior to guide decisions.
- Develop hypotheses and support tests for new verticals, territories, and growth initiatives.
- Produce executive reports, presentations, and practical recommendations for Growth, Commercial, and Product teams.
- Prepare mappings and contextual materials for pre-event planning and prospecting.
- Partner with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Commercial Planning to operationalize insights.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Ability to translate market and account data into practical, actionable recommendations.
- Skilled in account prioritization, management, and maintaining target lists.
- Organized analytical reasoning with a focus on high-impact deliverables; data storytelling and concise synthesis for executive presentations.
- Autonomy, proactivity, and ownership to lead commercial intelligence initiatives.
- Comfortable collaborating with Sales, Growth, Marketing, Product, and Commercial Planning teams; familiarity with market research methods and competitive monitoring.
