Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead CX projects focused on promoting fairness across the ecosystem, taking into account policies and seamless stakeholder journeys;
  • Ensure governance of initiatives, including implementation, monitoring, and measurement of results;
  • Contribute to the development of new solutions for complex problems in collaboration with diverse stakeholders;
  • Analyze data to generate and validate hypotheses that inform product and business solutions;
  • Manage relationships with various stakeholders;
  • Monitor key business metrics.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Knowledge and practical experience with project management methodologies;
  • Knowledge and experience in problem-solving methodologies;
  • Resilient and autonomous profile with high emotional intelligence;
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively across different contexts;
  • Curious and investigative mindset; organized with strong process-oriented thinking, ensuring clear documentation and visibility of discussed topics;
  • Strong analytical skills and knowledge; proficiency in Databricks and SQL;
  • Experience creating agents and/or working on AI projects.
