About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive the growth and success of iFood Card in the B2B market in partnership with the distributor, aligning strategies and commercial targets;
- Monitor and analyze sales volume, revenue, and KPIs to identify opportunities and risks;
- Develop commercial strategies and marketing campaigns to position iFood Card as a corporate solution;
- Manage the product operations, monitoring expiration timelines and ensuring an optimized experience for client companies;
- Control the operation’s P&L, tracking costs and margin and proposing actions to maintain profitability and sustainability;
- Structure, process, and transform data to create actionable reports and dashboards;
- Deliver high-impact results in an agile, iterative way, conducting tests and experiments to validate hypotheses;
- Maintain close relationships with internal teams and the distribution partner to generate synergy and efficiency.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Sales-oriented profile with data-driven planning; analytical mindset and decision-making based on data;
- Ability to investigate, structure, and solve complex problems;
- Clear communicator with the ability to articulate strategies to stakeholders across different areas and levels;
- Ownership mentality, results-focused with an 80/20 prioritization approach;
- Ability to work collaboratively with the distribution partner and cross-functional teams.
