About the role
- Materialize high-quality screens aligned with the Design System, enabling other teams to adopt these components through governance, documentation, and high-level craftsmanship.
- Identify opportunities to innovate visual patterns, breaking conventions with sound judgment and technical rigor.
- Maintain a high standard of visual execution, being meticulous in Figma editing and ensuring quality in mobile interactions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote adoption of the Design System, ensuring visual and functional consistency across products.
- Create and maintain clear documentation and workflows that facilitate implementation by diverse teams.
Requirements
- Exceptional Craft: Advanced mastery of Figma and proven expertise in mobile interface design (iOS/Android) with meticulous attention to detail and native patterns.
- Design Systems: Strong experience creating, maintaining, and governing component libraries, including design tokens and technical documentation.
- Product Mindset: Business-result oriented with the ability to execute and translate strategy into tangible solutions.
- Organization and Processes: Ability to document, establish governance, and create processes that facilitate adoption across diverse teams.
- Clear and concise communication with ease navigating complex topics both within and beyond your domain.
- Ability to interpret complex design system problems in a structured way, aiming to amplify impact on the user experience.
