About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • develop and execute global account strategies to drive sustainable sales growth and market share
  • build and maintain strong, multi-level relationships with key customer stakeholders across regions
  • lead commercial negotiations including pricing, contracts, and supply agreements
  • partner cross-functionally with Creative, Marketing, R&D, and Operations teams to deliver innovative fragrance solutions
  • manage and forecast sales performance, ensuring alignment with financial targets and KPIs
  • identify new business opportunities and influence customer briefs to maximize value creation
  • monitor market trends, competitors, and consumer insights to inform strategic decisions
  • ensure seamless collaboration with operations to meet customer service, quality, and supply expectations
  • lead projects end-to-end, including brief alignment, submissions, and post-launch performance reviews

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, product development, or related roles in fragrance, FMCG, or ingredients industries
  • strong B2B account management experience with a customer-centric mindset
  • proven ability to manage financials including pricing, margins, and forecasting
  • solid understanding of product development, consumer insights, and market trends
  • strong communication, negotiation, and storytelling skills
  • experience working in cross-functional and global team environments
  • effective project management and stakeholder alignment skills
  • digital and data savvy with ability to leverage tools and market intelligence
  • bachelor’s degree required (Business, Marketing, Chemistry, Biology, or related field preferred)
