About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- develop and execute global account strategies to drive sustainable sales growth and market share
- build and maintain strong, multi-level relationships with key customer stakeholders across regions
- lead commercial negotiations including pricing, contracts, and supply agreements
- partner cross-functionally with Creative, Marketing, R&D, and Operations teams to deliver innovative fragrance solutions
- manage and forecast sales performance, ensuring alignment with financial targets and KPIs
- identify new business opportunities and influence customer briefs to maximize value creation
- monitor market trends, competitors, and consumer insights to inform strategic decisions
- ensure seamless collaboration with operations to meet customer service, quality, and supply expectations
- lead projects end-to-end, including brief alignment, submissions, and post-launch performance reviews
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, product development, or related roles in fragrance, FMCG, or ingredients industries
- strong B2B account management experience with a customer-centric mindset
- proven ability to manage financials including pricing, margins, and forecasting
- solid understanding of product development, consumer insights, and market trends
- strong communication, negotiation, and storytelling skills
- experience working in cross-functional and global team environments
- effective project management and stakeholder alignment skills
- digital and data savvy with ability to leverage tools and market intelligence
- bachelor’s degree required (Business, Marketing, Chemistry, Biology, or related field preferred)
