About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the global dairy enzymes portfolio, including SKU optimization, lifecycle management, and strategic positioning.
  • Develop and manage the innovation pipeline in collaboration with R&D, Applications, and Commercial teams.
  • Drive profitability and growth through pricing strategies, cost management, and value creation.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to execute successful product launches, including go-to-market planning, training, and post-launch evaluation.
  • Support key customer interactions, co-development initiatives, and technical troubleshooting.
  • Contribute to long-term strategy for dairy enzymes, identifying market trends, competitive insights, and growth opportunities.
  • Work closely with Regulatory, Supply Chain, Sales, and Marketing to ensure alignment and execution.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Science, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in product management, preferably in enzymes or dairy applications.
  • Proven track record in managing P&L and innovation portfolios.
  • Strong understanding of dairy processing technologies and enzyme functionalities (e.g., lactases, proteases, coagulants).
  • Experience in global customer engagement and market launches.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Willingness to travel internationally (~30%).
