About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as the primary business SME and end-user representative for the IFFMAN retirement and migration to Innocore/Phoenix 3.
- Provide expertise on IFFMAN processes, FAD workflows, business rules, operational constraints, and exception handling.
- Gather, validate, and document business requirements, translating them into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Partner with FAD, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure the future solution meets operational and usability needs.
- Identify process gaps, dependencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement, automation, and productivity gains.
- Develop, execute, and document User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scenarios, test cases, and validation evidence.
- Support defect triage, re-testing activities, and validation of data integrity and business rule compliance.
- Evaluate the business impact of system and process changes and provide recommendations to support solution enhancements.
- Contribute to change management, training materials, user guidance, adoption feedback, and go-live readiness assessments.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong hands-on experience with IFFMAN and a deep understanding of FAD processes, workflows, business rules, and operational requirements.
- Proven ability to document business requirements, process flows, functional specifications, and user stories in a structured manner.
- Experience contributing to system migrations, digital transformation initiatives, process improvements, or business change projects.
- Familiarity with User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test scenario creation, execution, defect management, and business validation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify process gaps, dependencies, and improvement opportunities.
- Knowledge of business data validation, process controls, and operational governance requirements.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams involving business users, IT teams, and project stakeholders.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build alignment across functions.
- Self-motivated and highly organized, with the ability to manage priorities in a structured project delivery environment.
