About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the Sales team with administrative and operational tasks
- Manage basic customer documentation in local systems
- Coordinate shipment and collection of samples
- Enter purchase requests into the local system accurately
- Support office operations, including procurement of office supplies
- Assist in scheduling meetings, visits, and internal coordination
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous experience supporting sales or in an administrative/commercial assistant role
- Intermediate level of English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong teamwork mindset and collaborative attitude
- Proactive approach with good communication skills
- High level of responsibility, organization, and commitment to assigned tasks
