About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Leading supplier evaluation and selection within the tail portfolio
Staying informed on evolving business requirements, including product changes, forecasts, and critical demand
Participating in Core Strategy Teams for direct materials and indirect materials in the Efficiency and/or Essential Quadrants
Negotiating pricing based on market trends and business strategies
Ensuring procurement activities comply with SOPs, audit standards, and company policies
Tracking procurement performance and resolving supplier issues

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Administration, Finance, Business, Supply Chain or related
1 to 3 years of experience in Procurement
Direct and indirect materials procurement knowledge
Experience on negotiation
Proficiency in spoken and written English, other language is a plus
Proficient in SAP for procurement and supplier management tasks
Knowledge of procurement processes and supplier networks within the North America market
