About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including preparing, negotiating, and executing agreements for materials and services across assigned manufacturing sites.
  • Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, service, cost, and overall capability to meet business needs.
  • Analyze requirements and identify reliable suppliers to ensure continuity of supply.
  • Support the development and execution of sourcing strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams and the Center of Excellence (COE).
  • Drive productivity and continuous improvement initiatives, partnering with Improvement Leaders and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage supplier relationships, oversee contract implementation, and resolve operational issues related to delivery, quality, or pricing.
  • Execute sourcing activities using tools such as Request for Information (RFI), Request for Quotation (RFQ), and Request for Proposal (RFP).
  • Lead negotiations to deliver savings aligned with Procurement objectives and business targets.
  • Manage spot buys, urgent requests, and tail spend strategy, ensuring transactional efficiency and supply assurance.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in Procurement, Sourcing, or Supply Chain roles
  • Strong English profiency (written and spoken) is required
  • Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify cost-saving opportunities
  • Strong negotiation and supplier management skills, with the ability to influence outcomes
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with internal stakeholders and suppliers
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, especially in time-sensitive supply situations.
