About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including preparing, negotiating, and executing agreements for materials and services across assigned manufacturing sites.
- Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, service, cost, and overall capability to meet business needs.
- Analyze requirements and identify reliable suppliers to ensure continuity of supply.
- Support the development and execution of sourcing strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams and the Center of Excellence (COE).
- Drive productivity and continuous improvement initiatives, partnering with Improvement Leaders and internal stakeholders.
- Manage supplier relationships, oversee contract implementation, and resolve operational issues related to delivery, quality, or pricing.
- Execute sourcing activities using tools such as Request for Information (RFI), Request for Quotation (RFQ), and Request for Proposal (RFP).
- Lead negotiations to deliver savings aligned with Procurement objectives and business targets.
- Manage spot buys, urgent requests, and tail spend strategy, ensuring transactional efficiency and supply assurance.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in Procurement, Sourcing, or Supply Chain roles
- Strong English profiency (written and spoken) is required
- Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Strong negotiation and supplier management skills, with the ability to influence outcomes
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with internal stakeholders and suppliers
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, especially in time-sensitive supply situations.
