About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the Global Regulatory Affairs (GRA) strategy by preparing technical and regulatory documentation.
- Prepare standard documentation for submissions to clients, regulatory authorities, and internal compliance requirements.
- Respond to routine requests from clients and stakeholders using established processes and industry best practices.
- Understand regulatory requirements applicable to different markets and product categories.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of information in all documents produced.
- Identify risks or inconsistencies in documentation and proactively escalate concerns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support client discussions and global regulatory initiatives.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience preparing technical or regulatory documentation for clients.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information clearly.
- Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and information confidentiality.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, working within defined frameworks.
- Experience collaborating with global and cross-functional teams.
- Advanced English (reading, writing, and speaking).
