HRBP, Subregional Manager
IFFHRBP, Subregional Manager driving HR strategy and workforce planning for Indonesia in a global leader of flavors and fragrances. Partnering with multiple business units to foster a positive organizational culture.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as the HR leader for Indonesia, partnering strategically across multiple business units
- Support business leaders and serve as a trusted advisor
- Drive HR strategy and workforce planning to meet Indonesia’s needs
- Provide HR generalist support across all functions
- Manage employee relations, handle disputes, and foster a positive organizational culture
- Lead collective agreement negotiations and union engagement
- Oversee harmonization of HR practices and processes
- Transition HR transactional requirements to the Shared Service Centre
- Liaise with Centres of Excellence (Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards)
- Deliver global projects and initiatives locally.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 8 years of HR experience
- Background in human resource management and sound knowledge of Indonesian employment law
- Working knowledge of payroll systems
- Strong experience in employee relations and dispute resolution
- Ability to design and implement L&D programs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Bahasa & English)
- Strong presentation skills for large groups
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
