About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop, manage, and run complex business analytical models.
  • Provide ongoing analytical support to the Sales Effectiveness function.
  • Design and implement sales reports, dashboards, and comparative performance analyses.
  • Assess salesforce effectiveness, coverage, productivity, and market penetration.
  • Identify trends and patterns, translating findings into actionable business recommendations.
  • Lead data integrity initiatives and regular system clean-ups.
  • Partner with IT and Sales Reporting teams to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
  • Work with digitalized metrics and dashboards to enhance transparency and decision-making.
  • Monitor regional KPIs and deliver clear performance updates.
  • Maintain distribution lists, reporting structures, and shared analytical resources.
  • Present insights to cross-functional teams in a concise, compelling way.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience extracting data, performing deep analyses, identifying trends, and providing recommendations is essential.
  • The candidate should be an experienced user of SAP Business Warehouse (BW).
  • The candidate should be an experienced user of AIS (or similar systems).
  • The candidate should be an experienced user of Power BI.
