About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage inbound queries from IFF employees via the Ticket Service System
  • Provide consistent and accurate support using the HR knowledge base
  • Educate employees and managers on available HR resources and self-service tools
  • Escalate or redirect inquiries to appropriate HR or external teams (e.g., Payroll)
  • Maintain and update employee data in HRIS systems throughout the employee lifecycle
  • Create and manage employee documentation and personnel files
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and sound judgment
  • Identify and relay opportunities for process improvement
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders and support peers in problem resolution

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Fluent in Hebrew and English, both written and spoken
  • Fluency in one additional language (Spanish, Arabic or French) is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field (preferred)
  • Strong customer service orientation and issue-resolution mindset
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable handling confidential HR information
  • Proficient in MS Office and typing
  • Experience in HR or customer contact centers is a plus
  • Familiarity with HR systems and policies is preferred
  • Able to manage high volumes of inquiries with accuracy and timeliness
