About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define and manage logistics KPIs with internal stakeholders.
- Monitor supplier performance and lead improvement actions.
- Prepare and lead performance review meetings with logistics providers.
- Coordinate issue resolution, corrective actions, and supplier evaluations.
- Act as the voice of the internal customer and support future volume forecasting.
- Manage supplier relationships and performance across a global logistics scope, covering Air & Ocean freight worldwide and Road transportation within EMEA.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Negotiation mindset and ability to drive change.
- Fluent business English and solid MS Office skills.
