Associate Director, Procurement

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and execute regional procurement category strategies aligned with the objectives of the Scent Business Unit and corporate goals
- Lead supplier relationship management, including strategic negotiations and performance governance
- Ensure continuity of supply while driving cost competitiveness and effective risk mitigation
- Collaborate with R&D, Operations, Quality and Finance to support innovation and business growth
- Monitor market trends and provide insights to support budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Economics or Supply Chain; MBA or a degree in Chemistry is a plus
- 7+ years of progressive procurement experience, with strong exposure to raw materials, chemicals and natural raw materials
- Proven experience in category management and complex supplier negotiations
- Strong knowledge of procurement best practices and international sourcing environments
- Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders and complex regional supply chains
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
