About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and grow assigned regional Culinary and Pet Food accounts
- Sell IFF’s Ingredients portfolio including hydrocolloids, proteins, emulsifiers, and stabilizers
- Deliver against sales revenue and gross profit targets
- Build and manage a strong opportunity and project pipeline
- Develop and execute short- and long-term commercial strategies
- Own the end-to-end selling process from opportunity through launch
- Serve as a trusted partner, delivering a high level of customer service
- Collaborate with Marketing, R&D, Applications, Operations, Finance, and Product teams
- Provide forecast guidance and maintain opportunity updates in Salesforce
Requirements
What you’ll need- Several years of sales and/or account management experience
- Background in ingredients, ideally within Pet Food or Culinary markets
- Strong knowledge of hydrocolloids, proteins, emulsifiers, and/or stabilizers
- Proven success in account development and strategy execution
- Strong business and commercial acumen
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Nutrition, Biochemistry, Veterinary Science, or equivalent experience
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
