About the role
- Prepare and manage product registration dossiers and health claims submissions.
- Ensure compliance by staying updated on local regulatory requirements and timelines.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with regulatory authorities and trade associations.
- Collaborate closely with regional business teams to align priorities and integrate global needs.
- Assess regulatory impact of product and process changes.
- Provide strategic regional input to support global regulatory and innovation strategies.
- Lead regional execution of global regulatory strategies in coordination with commercial teams.
- Communicate and implement global regulatory strategies effectively.
- Monitor Indonesia’s regulatory landscape and relay insights to global teams and partners.
Requirements
- Degree in Life Sciences, Biology, Chemistry, Nutrition, Biotechnology or any related field.
- Over 5 years of industry experience in Animal Nutrition & Health, food enzymes, cultures, or similar sectors.
- Strong background in Regulatory Affairs, including registrations, compliance, and risk assessment.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesia’s regulatory requirements for Animal Nutrition, Biotechnology, food cultures, and enzymes.
- Proven expertise in preparing product registration dossiers and evaluating regulatory impacts of changes.
- Skilled in explaining and defending regulatory positions with continuous knowledge development.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in both English and the local language.
- Effective in leading and influencing within matrix organizations; a proactive team player.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and adaptable with strong problem-solving and time management skills.
