About the role
- Serve as a regional and/or global expert providing advanced support for Order-to-Cash (OTC) systems
- Act as an escalation point for complex system issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution
- Support system integrations for new customers and system enhancements, safeguarding data integrity
- Analyze issues end‑to‑end to identify root causes and implement sustainable solutions
- Partner cross‑functionally with Customer Service, Supply Chain, Finance, IT, and external vendors
- Act as a subject matter expert on OTC processes, systems, data flows, and integrations
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including workflow optimization and automation
- Develop and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and user guides
- Train users and teams on system changes, enhancements, and best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- 6+ years of experience in Customer Service, Supply Chain, or a related function
- Strong knowledge of OTC processes and supporting systems
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex system and process issues
- Advanced analytical, problem‑solving, and quantitative skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Experience working in global, cross‑cultural environments
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
- Highly collaborative, detail‑oriented, and proactive mindset
