About the role

  • Serve as a regional and/or global expert providing advanced support for Order-to-Cash (OTC) systems
  • Act as an escalation point for complex system issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution
  • Support system integrations for new customers and system enhancements, safeguarding data integrity
  • Analyze issues end‑to‑end to identify root causes and implement sustainable solutions
  • Partner cross‑functionally with Customer Service, Supply Chain, Finance, IT, and external vendors
  • Act as a subject matter expert on OTC processes, systems, data flows, and integrations
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including workflow optimization and automation
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and user guides
  • Train users and teams on system changes, enhancements, and best practices

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • 6+ years of experience in Customer Service, Supply Chain, or a related function
  • Strong knowledge of OTC processes and supporting systems
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot complex system and process issues
  • Advanced analytical, problem‑solving, and quantitative skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Experience working in global, cross‑cultural environments
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Highly collaborative, detail‑oriented, and proactive mindset
