About the role
- Support all NPI activities for IFF North America
- Analyze feasibility, formulation, forecasts, and discontinuations
- Resolve potential supply issues while confirming compliance with inventory strategies
- Ensure smooth transition to operations of products
- Develop systems to facilitate transfer from bench to production
- Communication of supply and process information to and from Global Procurement
- Development and implementation of material supply plans
- Identify and resolve potential high profile scale up issues using SAP analytical tools
- Present monthly NA NPI metrics reports
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5+ years of manufacturing experience
- Excellent analytical skills
- Extensive spreadsheet and database experience
- Excellent communications and inter-personal skills
- Ability to work independently and run projects
- Self-starter
- Exposure to supply chain projects with a global scope (Preferred)
- Project management skills (Preferred)
- Solid working knowledge of SAP and IFFMan / INNOVERSE (Preferred)
