About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support all NPI activities for IFF North America
Analyze feasibility, formulation, forecasts, and discontinuations
Resolve potential supply issues while confirming compliance with inventory strategies
Ensure smooth transition to operations of products
Develop systems to facilitate transfer from bench to production
Communication of supply and process information to and from Global Procurement
Development and implementation of material supply plans
Identify and resolve potential high profile scale up issues using SAP analytical tools
Present monthly NA NPI metrics reports

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree
5+ years of manufacturing experience
Excellent analytical skills
Extensive spreadsheet and database experience
Excellent communications and inter-personal skills
Ability to work independently and run projects
Self-starter
Exposure to supply chain projects with a global scope (Preferred)
Project management skills (Preferred)
Solid working knowledge of SAP and IFFMan / INNOVERSE (Preferred)
