About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- In collaboration with the Account Manager (AM), enter customer briefs and related tasks into our System (Salesforce)
- Ensure adherence to required processes from brief-to-win through initial order fulfillment
- Maintain accurate project, customer, and pricing information in Salesforce and PriceForce, communicating changes as needed
- Ensure accurate execution and maintenance of approved customer pricing in SAP
- Troubleshoot system-related issues and proactively remove potential roadblocks whenever possible
- Handle internal and external inquiries on behalf of the Account Managers (AM), often independently
- Facilitate, expedite, and track customer inquiries, samples, documentation, and creative-related tasks
- Ensure timely and effective communication with both internal and external customers
- Keep the AM informed of potential disruptions relevant to the brief-to-win process
- Coordinate across multiple internal departments to support customer and business needs
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma or General Educational Development
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal and analytical abilities
- Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
- Proactive, tenacious, and results-driven approach to work
- Strong decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills with the ability to quickly adapt to new software systems
- Previous experience in customer service–focused, cross-functional environments
