About the role

  • Support master data maintenance for Material data across IFF manufacturing sites under QMDM scope.
  • Ensure master data integrity, quality, compliance, and consistency across business systems.
  • Update and maintain master data for new products globally to ensure accuracy in SAP.
  • Coordinate setup, validation, and periodic maintenance of strategic materials and Quality master data.
  • Handle data updates, changes, troubleshooting, deletions, and mass data updates.
  • Respond to queries on Material and Quality Management, helping bridge business requirements and system solutions.
  • Identify and resolve master data errors within SLA, collaborating with IT and business experts.
  • Participate in cross‑functional and regional projects to support master data initiatives.
  • Manage RTT/IQR decisions, religious product assessments, tariff codes, permits, and support request systems (SAP workflow, SharePoint, ServiceNow, Salesforce), while maintaining strong cross‑functional relationships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in food science, chemistry, engineering, Information systems, Computer Science, or equivalent or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 1–2-year of master data management experience in SAP/ or any database system, while having proven skills in (all) QMDM responsibilities.
  • Strong oral and written English communication skills.
  • Able to work in shift and support team.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed, including through influence and mentorship of other team members on their deliverables.
