About the role
- Track, update, and monitor productivity projects and operational KPIs, consolidating and analyzing financial data.
- Benchmark and develop cost analysis, providing creative alternatives and recommendations to reduce P&L costs.
- Drive key projects to reduce costs and improve profitability (RSA, working capital) across the Flavors Division.
- Define processes and procedures to support continuous improvement goals.
- Report operating results and profitability to senior leadership for monthly and quarterly reviews.
- Support quarterly forecasting and annual budget processes.
- Contribute to projects aimed at automating, standardizing, and improving finance activities.
- Maintain strong internal controls and compliance standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or Supply Chain Management; Master’s degree is a plus.
- 3–5 years of experience in Finance, FP&A, Controlling, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing Operations.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); Spanish fluency strongly preferred.
- Strong project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems; experience with SAP, Oracle, Power BI is a plus.
- Solid understanding of continuous improvement methodologies.
