About the role

  • Track, update, and monitor productivity projects and operational KPIs, consolidating and analyzing financial data.
  • Benchmark and develop cost analysis, providing creative alternatives and recommendations to reduce P&L costs.
  • Drive key projects to reduce costs and improve profitability (RSA, working capital) across the Flavors Division.
  • Define processes and procedures to support continuous improvement goals.
  • Report operating results and profitability to senior leadership for monthly and quarterly reviews.
  • Support quarterly forecasting and annual budget processes.
  • Contribute to projects aimed at automating, standardizing, and improving finance activities.
  • Maintain strong internal controls and compliance standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or Supply Chain Management; Master’s degree is a plus.
  • 3–5 years of experience in Finance, FP&A, Controlling, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing Operations.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); Spanish fluency strongly preferred.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems; experience with SAP, Oracle, Power BI is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of continuous improvement methodologies.
